Our vision is to facilitate collaboration between clients, agents, and industry experts in order to elevate the real estate experience. Established in 2020 by father-daughter duo, Megan and Richard, we believe a "den" is sacred place that everyone deserves access to.
As big fans of communication, we are committed to becoming your trusted resource for all things home-related. Lasting relationships are what we have built our reputation on, and helping you buy or sell your biggest investment is not something we take lightly.

Meet Megan
Real Estate Agent | The DEN Collaborative Founder
Megan grew up carrying 2x4s and prepping drywall on a small island off the coast of Florida. Due to the distance from the mainland, she learned early on the importance of detailed planning and the rules of supply & demand.
With a degree in advertising (Go Bulls!) and experience in film and social media management, Megan started her career in real estate as an assistant for a boutique agency in 2018. With a passion to improve the industry as a whole, she has the keen ability to deliver unparalleled service with a smile.
When she’s not house hunting or negotiating, you can find her talking about Cracker Jack the Border Collie or Keenan the Cat, singing or playing music, adventuring in the mountains, or hanging in the garden with family and friends.

Richard has completed countless remodels for both residential and commercial clients up and down the coast of SW Florida and across the Front Range of Colorado. He’s been Megan's project advisor for years and retired from his remodel business to dedicate himself to consulting and working directly with our clients. Whether you’re planning a bathroom remodel or putting up a new fence, he’s likely to have an opinion on how it should be done.
In his free time, Richard can be found pulling trash out of CO rivers, playing and recording music, hitting a concert, or making art in his studio.

As a real estate transaction coordinator, Paige is all about keeping things organized and running like clockwork. She knows the ins and outs of the industry like the back of her hand. Living in lovely Louisville, Colorado, she shares her home and heart with her spouse and their adorable pup.
When she's not juggling paperwork and deadlines, you can catch her whipping up tasty dishes in the kitchen or having a blast playing with her furry friend. She thrives on the excitement of each new transaction, and is eager to learn and adapt because, let’s face it, no two deals are ever the same!
